As International (IDAC) and Canadian Certified Addictions Counsellors (CCAC) we do not direct bill, refer to your individual insurance and benefits plan to determine coverage. If not covered, option to pay for services is available.
We accept E-transfers, cheques and offer billing options for corporate clients.

Individual Counselling
In-person or online. Online zoom sessions ~$100/hr, in-person fees vary – message Chelsea or Barb.
Prime for Life® Programs
MyPrime® ~ The online, 14hr independent self-paced program is $299 ~ start today with your access code. Certificate of completion is granted for participants/employers upon completion.

Redefining Wellness ~ a group offering that invites people to share their experiences, knowledge, challenges, questions and obstacles in the areas of mental health, wellness & addiction. This is an inclusive group that is open to An Ounce of Prevention clients who are looking for support, strength, relatability, hope, focus, alternatives, new perspectives, information, resources & guidance. We will learn & grow together.
Bi-monthly Thursdays at 7:30pm – Free, link sent to all An Ounce of Prevention clients.
